Terms, Conditions & Shipping
We will deliver to any Australian address using Australia Post, Parcel Post and international addresses using Australia Post Airmail. Be sure to provide a valid shipping address; Convict is not responsible for lost packages that have been successfully shipped. Orders will be dispatched the same or next working day order is placed. Domestic shipping times are estimated between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia. International shipping times are estimated between 3 - 10 workings days. Express Post services are available upon request. If products are unavailable then you will be informed within 2 working days. Please note, we cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstance such as natural disaster, strike, transport complications etc.
Within Australia: A tracking number will be issued via email to the email address you provide which will enable you to track the progress of your parcel.Postage costs as follows:- < 0.5kg = AUD $15, < 3kg = AUD $25, < 5kg = AUD $30.00.
New Zealand: A tracking number will be issued via email to the email address you provide which will enable you to track the progress of your parcel.Postage costs as follows:- < 0.5kg = AUD $15, 0.5 - 1kg = AUD$25, 1-2kg = AUD$40, 2-3kg = $55.
Postage costs as follows:- < 0.5kg = AUD $20, 0.5 - 1kg = AUD$32, 1-2kg = AUD$55, 2-3kg = $70. OVER $500 FREE
Postage costs as follows:- < 0.5kg = AUD $25, 0.5 - 1kg = AUD$35, 1-2kg = AUD$60, 2-3kg = $75.
Postage costs as follows:- < 0.5kg = AUD $25, 0.5 - 1kg = AUD$45, 1-2kg = AUD$80, 2-3kg = $90.
Rest of the World: A tracking number will be issued via email to the email address you provide which will enable you to track the progress of your parcel.

WARRANTY:
Convict products are covered by a 6 month warranty. Should any defect of manufacture (failure of hardware, components or workmanship) presents itself please kindly contact us at info@convictbags.com before returning the item. We will gladly repair or replace the product. Leather is a natural product. Damage and/or defects caused by personal wear and tear, accidents or treatment which is inconsistent with Convict’s care instructions,will not be covered under warranty.
RETURNS:
Please notify Convict immediately if your item is defective. Item must be returned to us within 14 days. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags attached and packaging included. Please note faults do not not include leather colour variation or small marks on leather. We represent the products as best we can, but as these are hand made, there will be some variation in each item. Please contact Convict on info@convictbags.com before sending item back. We will advise on how to send the item back to us so that freight is covered by Convict. We will process a full refund to the method of payment if your item is defective within 2 days of return.
